During heavy rains we were called out to tarp the roof at this property. We inspected the property and showed the homeowners the areas that were wet from the water intrusion. The homeowners called their insurance company and waited for an adjuster to come out and determine that the insurance company was going to cover the claim. After the insurance adjuster was out, the homeowners called us to dry their home. During the drying process it was determined that mold was present. We remediated the mold returning it to a safe environment for the homeowners.

We were called to the property on New Years Day. The homeowner’s washing machine leaked causing damage to the laundry room, a hall and an office. The office had built in oak book shelves and a desk that needed to be detached so that we could remove the flooring. We dried this home in 2 days.

ACR Services was contacted by a homeowner to do an emergency service dry down of a property in Chino, California. The homeowners washing machine overflowed, which affected her laundry room, kitchen, pantry and dining room. Upon arrival the homeowner disclosed that the property was built in the 1930’s (pre 1982 structures have a potential for asbestos in their building materials). Based on that information, we were limited in the techniques we could use to dry down the structure. By using state of the art equipment and techniques ACR Services dried this homeowner’s property within 2 days time.

ACR Services responded to emergency service water damage on a Wednesday night, for a medical center in Redlands, California. One of their fire sprinklers accidentally went off on the third floor affecting both the second and third floors. ACR Services’s crews worked through the night so that the medical facility could see patients the next day. Using state of the art techniques and drying equipment the property was dried by Saturday and the medical facilities construction crew was on site that weekend to do the restoration.

This property was damaged by a faulty dishwasher. The flooding affected the living room, kitchen, family room, laundry room, pantry, dining room, garage and a hall the entire area had hardwood floors.

Extract water, set up drying equipment, remove hardwood floors and kitchen cabinets while leaving the granite counter top in place.
